Why having high temperature, causes the heart rate to be low or high..??

The body temperature will increase the metabolism of cells. So the heart rate will speed up in order to provide oxygen to the cells as the metabolism increases. High temperature causes vasodilation allowing more blood to flow through.

Therefore to provide the necessary oxygen and nutrients to the cells your heart rate must increase.
