As a former nurse, I can tell you the systolic is a bit on the high side but not that bad. I remember many years ago a %26quot;good%26quot; BP was 100 + your age over 60 - 80 but this is no longer the case. A systolic pressure of 130 is considered a bit high now regardless of ones age, due for the most part to the processed foods we eat today, including %26quot;fast%26quot; foods. Your pulse rate looks okay!

Sounds like you%26#039;re fine to keep doing what you%26#039;ve been doing... to maintain good health make sure you exercise regularly, eat lots of fruits, vegetables, and fiber-rich foods, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, and limit sodium intake. 120/80 is regarded as normal but lower down to 90/60 is much better than higher up to 140/90.
