Does having a normal heart rate indicate that blood pressure is normal as well?

No, when the heart beats, it pumps blood to the arteries and creates pressure in them. This pressure (blood pressure) results from two forces. The first force is created as blood pumps into the arteries and through the circulatory system. The second is created as the arteries resist the blood flow.

Does having a normal heart rate indicate that blood pressure is normal as well?

No

Does having a normal heart rate indicate that blood pressure is normal as well?

no, 2 completely different things

Does having a normal heart rate indicate that blood pressure is normal as well?

maybe. but not always. I know a person with almost no heart rate with normal pressure.

Does having a normal heart rate indicate that blood pressure is normal as well?

No. My dad has normal heart rate (60bpm) but suffers from bouts of high blood pressure.

Does having a normal heart rate indicate that blood pressure is normal as well?

no, just because your heart is beating at normal rate, doesn%26#039;t mean the blood it%26#039;s flowing properly

Does having a normal heart rate indicate that blood pressure is normal as well?

Not entirely. While your blood pressure does have an effect on your heart rate, they are managed by two separate bodily systems.

Your heart rate is determined mostly by its strength. (It IS a muscle after all). The more endurance exercises you do, the stronger your heart gets, which lowers your resting (and active) heart rate.

However, if you have very low or very high blood pressure, your heart has to work harder to pump that blood, raising your resting heart rate, which limits how fast it can beat during exercises.

So, a strong heart with high pressure may measure as normal, but is in fact a coronary waiting to happen. hope that helps.

Does having a normal heart rate indicate that blood pressure is normal as well?

no, your blood pressure depends on the pressure that exists inside your blood vessels, think of it like a hose, if you put a little water the pressure is small, if you put a lot of water the pressure is huge. It also depends on the resistance of your vessels, so in the same respect, think of the hose as stretchy, like a water balloon. If it doesn%26#039;t stretch and is firm, the blood vessels create higher blood pressure than someone%26#039;s who%26#039;s blood vessels may stretch. You can have a low or high heart rate with high blood pressure and vice versa, a low or high heart rate with low blood pressure.
