going by top of head i think that worry and panic can raise it to fell like heart attack so elevates it by stressor, including stress. Nervousness raises it, fear or scare raises it, exercise raises, anger definitely raises bigtime, happy and excited raises, seems like everything makes it go up and there has to be one that lowers it sadness or depression lowers since how body is in slowed state and death there is no rate whatsoever, and way to pronounce as passed on.
