...do you think thats good? was it beating fast enough to burn fat? oh and based on my weight of 135 pounds and 5%26#039;8 in height, how many calories would i burn in half an hour? thanks!!

actually Im pretty sure thats too fast. You need to slow it down in order to burn fat. If it goes too high your just burning muscle. I am in a workout program that teaches all that stuff. So I know Im not wrong. It should be about 140...maybe 150 NO HIGHER its not safe for you and your losing muscle not fat
