Exercising and calories and heart rate weight and muscles ?

well i gave birth 5 months ago I am breast feeding.i gained 20 extra unwanted pouds.I exersise dayly doing at least 30min to 60 min on my cross trainer.plus aditional exersise on my ball andstrechs and walks. I still weigh 140pds for 5ft2 i am 24 years old . yes i notice the difference in tightness in my skin.iknow it takes time but i would like to understand how the boddy works.and what 2 expect?

well your probably getting some excess weight . be careful on what you eat , because you can lose the pounds and then get it back by eating . or if you want to know more read these articles ;
