Take into account that I am in a wheelchair so the term %26quot;Relaxed%26quot; applies significantly.
What should a relaxed heart rate be?
I%26#039;m not being flippant, but this is like asking %26quot;How tall should I be?%26quot; ...or %26quot;%26quot;what should be the number of freckles on my face?%26quot; . Everyone%26#039;s different, - not only because of physical make-up, but also because of age and medical condition.
Most westerners are in the range of 65- 75bpm. But then again, Roger Bannister, the man who ran the first-ever One-Minute Mile, was about 55bpm. And lots of good, healthy folk have pulse-rates well over 85bpm.
So sadly, nobody can say %26quot;what it should be%26quot;.
(Well, -...they can, of course, and do. But their answers, as you can see, are sheer tosh....)
